1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of humanizerio.com and its related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Humanizer provides AI-assisted text rewriting and related writing tools. Features, supported languages, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required in your country, to use the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of text you submit and of any rights you may have in the resulting output. You give us a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that processing it will not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
5. AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to content generated for other users. You must review output before publishing, submitting, or relying on it. Humanizer does not guarantee that output will be error-free, original, suitable for a particular purpose, or classified as human-written by any detection system.
6. Responsible use
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate another person's privacy.
- Create fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, malware, or deceptive content.
- Interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or access another user's account.
- Misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required by a school, employer, publisher, or platform.
- Submit highly sensitive information unless you have the authority and a lawful reason to process it.
7. Free use and credits
We may provide limited free use. Paid credits are consumed according to the character-based rate displayed at purchase or use. Unless clearly stated otherwise at purchase, credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
8. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. We do not currently require a recurring subscription for credit purchases. Refund requests are considered according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Contact us if you believe a payment was duplicated or made in error.
9. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. AI providers and hosting services may also experience outages or impose capacity limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Intellectual property
The Humanizer service, website design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law permits it.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The service does not provide legal, academic, financial, or professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Humanizer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties, or when these terms are materially violated. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
