How many free characters do I get?
Each new account starts with 1,000 free characters and 0 paid characters. Sign in to see your balance and use those characters for AI rewriting.
How are free and paid characters deducted?
A successful rewrite deducts the exact number of characters in the trimmed submitted text. It uses free characters first, then paid characters for the remainder. For example, a 1,200-character request with 1,000 free characters available uses 1,000 free characters and 200 paid characters.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required. Character packages are one-time purchases, so you can buy more characters when you need them.
Do purchased characters expire?
Under the current Terms of Service, purchased characters do not expire unless a different rule is clearly stated at purchase. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Are characters deducted when processing fails?
Unsuccessful requests do not deduct either your free or paid character balance. You are charged characters only when the rewrite succeeds.
