This Privacy Policy explains how humanizerio ("Humanizer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use humanizerio.com and its related services.
2. Information we collect
Google account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. We use this information to create and maintain your account. We do not receive your Google password.
Text submitted for processing
We process the text you submit and the output generated for you. Humanizer does not intentionally store the full input or generated output in its application database. The text is transmitted to the AI provider needed to perform the requested rewrite.
Usage and account records
We may store:
- Your user ID, email address, name, and profile image URL.
- Your remaining free uses and purchased credit balance.
- The selected writing scene and output language.
- Input character count, charge type, and processing timestamp.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers, purchased credit amounts, payment totals, and payment status. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
Cookies and session data
We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. The cookie contains a random session token rather than your password. OAuth security state is stored temporarily while you complete Google sign-in.
3. How we use information
- Provide text rewriting and account features.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Track free usage and purchased credits.
- Process payments and prevent duplicate transactions.
- Maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the service:
- Google for account authentication.
- Cloudflare for hosting, databases, session storage, security, and AI processing.
- DeepSeek, when enabled, as an alternative AI text-processing provider.
- Stripe for payment processing.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
- Login sessions normally expire after 30 days and can be ended by signing out.
- OAuth security state normally expires after five minutes.
- Account, usage, and purchase records are retained as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- Submitted text and generated output are not intentionally retained in our application database.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, including HTTPS, secure cookies, signed payment webhooks, and restricted access to production credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may sign out at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
8. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
9. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed where these providers operate, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
